ESPN E-ticket on Bob Woolmer's muder

ESPN.com's E-ticket dwells in detail on the Bob Woolmer murder and and the subsequent investigations that are currently underway in full swing. A must-read which also speaks in length about the crazy following that the game as got in the sub-continent and the consequent malices that have plagued the game. Even our Cricinfo hasn't covered the whole story in such a detailed manner which has a lot of conspiracy theories doing the rounds in the investigation circles. (It is a really lengthy article and so give yourself a good 30 mins to go through it)

BTW, my prayer to God on the eve of the World Cup finals: "Dear God, not again"

Filbert,
I could not help myself posting this which is irrelevant to your present blog.

"When you retire from Intl cricket, ppl should be asking WHY?? and not WHEN??". This is what (I guess??)
Ian Chappell said in one of his recent columns. How well this applies to Glenn Mcgrath. He was the best bowler by distance and was rightly awarded M.O.Series in the recently concluded CWC.

May be all the indian players need to take a leaf out of this. More so the "LITTLE MASTER".

Deepak,
I simply don't understand the logic behind many (like you) calling for Sachin's retirement. Does the fact that India was eliminated in the first round in the WC, necessarily mean that Sachin should retire? What BS is that? Sachin definitely has 2-3 years of cricket left in him and I am sure he will come back strongly. Watch out. And when he does retire, he will make sure that the question that would be asked then would be "Why now". He takes too much pride in his cricket that he will not fall prey to calls for his retirement from guys like Ian Chappell.
