Thanks for the comment Suresh. I have been reading your blog while in India to get the updates about any new albums. So, have you heard VV yet? I am also looking for your take on the Pattiyal album.

hi,

Pattiyal is good. VV is yet to release. Actually i am listening to two tamil pop albums, Thee and Mudhal Mazhayae. Both have are much better songs than that in recent tamil film soundtracks.

Preethi,

That post is on its way. That is the post I wanted to write after reaching Seattle. But since it took a while, thought of just saying that I am back in a la Arnold style.

You are correct Balaji. Actually, I was thinking of adding another number to the list '1 - number of posts that I will post from India'. But then I knew I would be too busy to do that and hence didnt include it.

Yeah Sures, Pattiyal is pretty good, but I wouldnt say that it is as good as Arindhum Ariyaamalum. Are those 2 pop albums available online somewhere for listening/ downloading? If I had know about their quality while back in India, I would have surely bought it. And just now read Karthik's take on VV. Looks like its good but not comparable to KK and Minnale.
